Healing is not one-size-fits-all — and neither is therapy.
Every person carries a different story, a different rhythm of pain, and a different way of healing. That’s why I don’t follow a script. I tailor each session intuitively and intentionally, drawing from a range of approaches that meet you exactly where you are — not where you “should” be.
Below are some of the tools I use to support your journey toward safety, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your truest self

Somatic EMDR
A body-based trauma approach that helps release stuck memories and emotions stored in the nervous system.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, this method works with the body’s felt sense and integrates movement, grounding, and eye movement for deep healing.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Uses focused relaxation to access your subconscious mind and support change from within.
Hypnotherapy can help uncover the root of patterns, ease anxiety, build confidence, and deepen inner awareness.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Helps you become aware of unhelpful thoughts and behaviours so you can replace them with more supportive ones.
We look at how your thoughts influence how you feel and act — and work together to gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Encourages you to accept difficult emotions and take meaningful action, even in the face of discomfort.
Instead of fighting pain, we learn how to hold it with compassion while reconnecting to your values and purpose.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Focuses on what’s working and where you want to go, not just what went wrong.
We explore your strengths, highlight what’s already helping, and build practical steps forward.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Explores the ‘parts’ of you that may be stuck in protective or painful roles.
We get curious about your inner world — the critical part, the anxious part, the wounded child — and create space for healing and integration.

Narrative Therapy
Separates you from the problem and helps you rewrite the story you tell about yourself.
You are not your trauma or your diagnosis. Together, we give voice to your experiences and help you reclaim your identity.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
A gentle tapping technique that helps release emotional distress and regulate the nervous system.
It combines ancient acupressure points with modern psychology to calm your body and mind.
