HIP Initiative: Hope Is Possible
Because healing should never be a privilege.
There are times in life when the weight we carry feels heavy — and the help we need feels out of reach. Whether you're between jobs, navigating financial hardship, a single parent, student, carer, or someone who has always put others first — therapy should still be possible for you.
The HIP Initiative — Hope Is Possible was created to open that door.
What is HIP
HIP is my way of offering therapy to those in need — without the barrier of full fees. It’s built on compassion, trust, and dignity — but also sustainability.
To keep this space open and accessible, spaces are limited and offered at my discretion. I personally review each request to ensure the offer reaches those who truly need it. This helps me continue to offer high-quality, grounded support while protecting the integrity of the initiative.
How it works: Pay what you can, if you can
-
You pay what you can, if you can.
-
If that’s nothing right now, that’s okay.
-
If you can contribute something small, it helps keep this space open for others.
-
If your situation improves later, you’re welcome to pay it forward or adjust your contribution.
This is about mutual honesty and respect, not proof or paperwork.
Who it's for
This offering is for you if:
-
You're a refugee
-
You’re unemployed
-
You're willing to show up for the work — and to be honest about your circumstances

-
Clinical Hypnotherapy & Somatic EMDR
-
Nervous system regulation techniques
-
Parts work, inner child healing, and self-worth repair

How to apply
If this feels aligned, please send a short message sharing:
-
A little about your current situation
-
What kind of support you’re seeking
-
What you’re realistically able to contribute (if anything)
Your words don’t have to be perfect — just honest.
