Qalb Al Muhtawa - The Heart of the Content

The Heart That Holds — Faith-Based Healing for the Muslim Soul

In the fast pace of life, we often silence the whispers of our heart — the grief, the wounds, the doubts, and the ache for deeper connection.

But Allah reminds us in the Qur’an:

“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Surah Ar-Ra’d, 13:28)

Qalb Al Muhtawā is a sacred space I’ve created for Muslims who want to explore their healing journey while remaining connected to their deen.

It honours the complexity of emotional pain while grounding your growth in Islamic values, divine mercy, and heart-led transformation.

What This Space Offers

  • A safe, non-judgmental environment to explore emotional wounds through a faith-based lens

  • Integration of psychotherapy tools with the spiritual wisdom of Islam

  • A trauma-informed approach that respects your relationship with Allah as central to healing

  • Support with issues like shame, self-worth, anxiety, inner child wounds, guilt, and identity — without compromising your faith

What Makes This Different

  • Many Muslims silently carry wounds — from childhood, from unmet emotional needs, from toxic relationships or religious guilt — and are unsure where to go with it all.

    This space:

  • Does not pathologise your emotions

  • Recognises your struggles as part of your qadr

  • Encourages you to meet yourself with the same mercy that Allah shows us again and again

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear.”(Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:286)

Your pain is not a punishment. Your healing is not a betrayal of your past.

Your heart was always meant to be held — by Divine love and by those who can honour its story.

If you feel called to this space, I welcome you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Just begin — and I will meet you there, gently, with presence, compassion, and remembrance.
